We offer two pricing options: Basic (Silver) & Premium (Gold) for your clients. Plus we can make a bespoke package to suit most groups. Please contact us for specific details for your group.
The Basic Package includes cosy accommodation cabins for up to 16 guests, access to facilities (including gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, Ice tubs, games room and swimming pool), continental breakfast, Lunch from our Menu, and a light dinner, plus event preparation support. The Premium package includes everything from the Basic plus Airport Pick-up and drop-off, plus Excursions.
No, there is no upfront fee to schedule your dates, all you need to do is contact us to arrange. We give a grace period of 6 weeks, to promote your event and gather some deposits from your clients. Once your clients have confirmed their attendance you need to confirm your booking with a 10% deposit. Full payment must then be made 4 weeks before your event.
Once you have chosen your preferred room type and dates, we will check availability and send you an invoice to pay the deposit . You can pay easily using bank transfer, credit card, debit card or MBWay if in Portugal.
Full refund for cancellations made over 90 days in advance.
50% refundable 89 - 60 days.
30% refundable 59 - 30 days.

Yes, we offer both double and twin rooms. Shared occupancy provides a discount per client.

Yes, we welcome groups and can accommodate up to 16 people to utilise our facilities independently of a bootcamp. Email us your preferred dates to check availability.
For up-to-date weather reports and monthly averages, please check accuweather. Generally speaking the weather temperature ranges approximately 10 degrees celcius above U.K weather.
We offer a few transportation methods to get to us from Lisbon Airport. The most unique being a helicopter flight. In addition a minibus for groups, collection by car for individuals, plus advice on taking train. All these transportation options are paid extra at the agreed price when making a booking. To get a quote, yo will need to let us know your dates and how many people to get an up to date price.
No, pets are not allowed in resident spaces, though we have pets on our grounds. None of our pets are allowed in any of the accommodation or living spaces.
Yes, we do plan weekly excursions during our retreat program (weaher permitting). Check our Instagram page for examples. For venue hire, we offer a local excursion if booking 4 or more days, if 3 days or less and an excursion is wanted, it is charged separately.
